I'm in HELL
For some reason, I made a random proclamation that I would respond to every single entry on my friends list of approximately 574 people for the entirety of today. This was a very, very poor decision, but I am slogging through it anyway.

My sincerest apologies for the fact that I am becoming less and less coherent as the day goes on. It's out of my hands. Reality is slowly slipping away.

Update:

It's 2:12pm and I'm feeling a little nauseous.

UpdateUpdate:

It's 12:24am and I'm done. I DON'T CARE IF MORE ENTRIES SHOW UP AFTER 12. It's 12 now! Eastern time! I don't care!

No more of you! I stopped responding to the second, third and fourth entries of the day from people, since that became very time consuming and actually was never originally part of the deal anyway.

NO MORE! WE WILL NEVER SPEAK OF THIS AGAIN.

This is why I considered not announcing it, but, I am linking back to this post as a disclaimer now, since I'm beginning to respond with gibberish, it seems.

The true rule is that I only have to respond to one post per person, but for completeness I am trying to do every one, unless someone gets ridiculous. We shall see.

This is what people do when they want compliments, hoping that someone will give them guilt comments. Personally I think it's the quality of the compliments that counts. After doing 1,000 of lj posts, I know that you're going to start getting particularly goofy. And i will be there to laugh at such goofiness.
